We select our investments based on the experience of our principals in both the resource and technology sectors, the current macro-economic climate and specific market forces. Management teams are especially important to us, and their ability to articulate their vision and work closely with us is a vital part of our investment decision.

Whether we are investing in the resource or technology sectors, we use both our in-house and outside due diligence teams to assess opportunity. We have a team of geologists, geophysicists, lawyers and accountants, all of whom we’ve worked closely with over the years.
